For Spring/Summer 2019, the Daisy, the iconic flower that has become synonymous with Marc Jacobs, decorates the entire collection, even making an appearance in the boys’ line.

For girls, the daisy takes multiple forms: in an oversized red and navy print on a Milano jersey tracksuit; in neon pink and navy on a cotton poplin blouse and dress; in mini, embroidered on a grey sweatshirt, dress and bleached denim; and as an appliqué on dark denim, a cardigan and a rain mac. Even Miss Marc dons her daisy best, wearing the print in graphics on t-shirts and dresses. A party dress is adorned with sequins in the daisy design, swimwear goes daisy-crazy and mini-me leather trainers with Daisy embellishments round off the colorful and playful selection. Hawaii provides inspiration for the summer theme, in a khaki and pink tropical mini-me print for a satin dress and playsuit and bold stripes on a silk satin dress and shorts. Denim is light and bleached for summer, with a midi skirt and playsuit worn as easily in the city as on holiday.

An offering for special occasions lets little girls shine in mini-me styles made from silk crepe, satin and jersey with girly touches including sequins, bows, ruffles and corsages. Shades of fuchsia and lemon keep looks fun and fresh.

Boys welcome the summer season in hues of yellow, white and grey-blue, with touches of khaki and bursts of neon orange. The collection merges inspiration from Hawaiian beaches with typical New York cool street fashion. A sweatshirt and Bermuda shorts in a tropical yet boyish floral print are teamed with t-shirts printed with the daredevil Mister Marc, riding his skateboard while carrying his surfboard.

The new Marc Jacobs sports logo, taken from the adults’ collection, is emblazoned in all sizes throughout the collection. A playful take on an NYC classic, the logo is reminiscent of a burger and is imagined in different shades on t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts and denim.
