In line with 'Principles of the 50,' and its keenness to emphasise the human element as the main engine for future growth, as well as based on its continuous efforts to enhance the high professional and administrative capabilities of its human cadres, Dubai Land Department (DLD) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Emirates Association for Management Consultants and Trainers (EMCT) to set the general framework for joint cooperation in the field of exchanging information, experiences and research relevant to the profession of management consultancy, administrative training, developing the skills of national cadres, including trainers and administrative consultants, qualifying them and raising their competitiveness inside and outside the country.

The United Arab Emirates has submitted three proposals to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) that support the reforms undertaken by the Organization regarding the development and improvement of the work system. The reforms were introduced during the meetings of the IMO Council, where the UAE has a Category (B) membership. Through this move, the country hopes to keep pace with global changes and technological developments.

The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), Abu Dhabi's Department of Economic Development (ADDED) and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance federal and local cooperation in support of the National In-Country Value (ICV) program, which is supervised by MoIAT.

Celebrating the National Day and the UAE Golden Jubilee, and following on the success that Jimruq (Customs) Program achieved in its first version, Dubai Customs, in cooperation with the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, launched the second version. It will be aired on 107.4 FM by Al Oula (first) Radio in the local dialect on Sundays from 4pm to 5pm.
