• Noor Bank Hosts Ramadan Charity Art Exhibition

    In the spirit of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Noor Bank, one of the UAE’s leading Shari’ah-compliant bank, in collaboration with Cross Borders Art Gallery is hosting a charity art exhibition at the Noor Art Gallery on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.     NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) has named Joanna Settle as Associate Arts Professor of Theater in the Arts and Humanities division. Settle will join the NYUAD theater program from September 1, 2017, bringing 20 years of education experience as well as her extensive career as a theater director to the position.

    NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) Art Gallery, the University’s academic museum-gallery, opens its spring show to the public tomorrow, Tuesday, February 26. This exhibition presents the work of acclaimed Swiss artist Zimoun.  This landmark survey marks the first time the artist has exhibited his work in the Gulf, and is curated by Executive Director of the NYUAD Art Gallery and Chief Curator at NYU Abu Dhabi Maya Allison.
