Ellington Properties, the leading Dubai-based, boutique residential developer, was honoured with a Customer Happiness Award this week at the Customer Happiness Summit and Awards 2019.

The Customer Happiness Summit and Awards is a cross-sector conference and awards ceremony that focuses on the singular agenda of enabling organisations to define, learn and deliver customer happiness effectively, reliably and consistently.

Winners of the awards this year were selected by a panel of leaders, key decision makers and academics from across the region for their commitment to superior customer happiness. Ellington Properties was selected for its dedication to customer service throughout the entire journey, from point of sale right through to after-sales support.

As a customer-centric developer, Ellington Properties is recognised for delivering quality design. It recently launched its ‘Live in Design’ campaign, showcasing the developer’s approach to aspirational and appealing design, from the architecture of its residential developments through to their interiors.

Earlier this year, it was awarded ‘Best Luxury Project’ at the Arabian Business Real Estate Awards 2019 for its DT1 residential tower development, as well as ‘Best Boutique Property Development Company’ at the Middle East Awards for Excellence in Design-Led Solutions 2019.
