wasl Asset Management Group, one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Dubai, is storming ahead at Hyatt Centric The Palm Dubai, where 69% of construction work is already complete. The twin 15-storey hotel is being developed in collaboration with an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and construction is well on track for the expected end of year completion date.
Ongoing construction at Hyatt Centric includes inside dimensions work in the guestrooms, corridors and public areas; external cladding work; and preliminary inspection approval. Once complete, the hotel will bring 217 guest rooms, 116 serviced apartments and three F&B outlets, as well as a state-of-the-art gym and spa, to Dubai’s hospitality and real estate sectors in preparation for Expo 2020.
